Customer Service

1 What are your office hours?

We are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. This includes national holidays.

2 How often is the trash collected?

Trash is collected daily and upon request.

3 How do I report a maintenance issue?

You can report a maintenance issue by calling any of our office lines.

Maintenance

1 What happens if there is a plumbing or electrical emergency?

For plumbing or electrical emergencies, please contact management and our on-call technician will be dispatched immediately.

2 How long does it take to complete a maintenance request?

We aim to complete routine maintenance requests within 24-48 hours. For urgent matters, we will prioritize the issue and respond as quickly as possible.

3 What if I lose my apartment keys?

If you lose your apartment keys, there is a fee to replace them. You will need to provide identification and proof of residency.

Neighborhood

1 What is the building’s security system?

Our facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system, including secured entry points, surveillance cameras, and on-site management. Your safety is our top priority.

2 Are there any noise restrictions?

To ensure a peaceful environment for all, excessive noise that disturbs other residents is prohibited.

3 What is the neighborhood like?

We are located in a vibrant and safe neighborhood with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. You’ll find a variety of stores, restaurants, and parks within walking distance.

Payment

1 What happens if there is a fire or other disaster?

In the event of a fire or other disaster, prioritize your safety and the safety of others. Contact the appropriate emergency services and then notify our management office. Your insurance will cover personal belongings.

2 Do you require insurance?

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend having insurance to protect your personal belongings. 

3 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, POS, bank transfer, and online payments through our booking portal.

Visitors

1 Can I sublease a parking space?

No, subleasing a parking space is not permitted. Parking spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

2 Are there any restrictions on visitor parking?

Visitor parking is available in designated spots. Please ensure your guests park within these areas.

3 Can I have packages delivered to my apartment?

We do allow packages to be delivered directly to apartments. For security reasons, we advise that the management be notified.
